Student work starts with a photo
Students submit handwritten work from their phone through an assignment link. Your agency keeps the roster, marking and feedback together.
One link for the assignment
Create an assignment for the relevant cohort and share its submission link or QR code. Students open it on a phone and confirm who they are before uploading. The link is for submitting that assignment; it does not give students access to your agency workspace.
Photograph, check and send
Students take photos of their handwritten pages or choose images already on their device. The submission flow lets them check the pages before confirming. A clear receipt confirms that Axtant received the work.
If a page cannot be read or an upload fails, the flow explains what needs attention. Keep the original work until the submission is confirmed.
Keep the right work with the right student
Axtant keeps the submission attached to its assignment and student record. Processing checks the pages and matches answers to question parts. Work that needs identity, page or marking review stays visible for the agency to resolve.
Students can belong to several cohorts. An assignment selects the relevant class, so a student’s other enrolments do not need to be removed.
Private feedback after marking
When feedback is released, the student can use their private feedback link. If the agency has supplied a feedback recipient address, Axtant can send the release notice there. Shared family email addresses are supported; an email address is not treated as a unique student ID.
