Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly cancellation

The owner may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Unless a guarantee claim is approved, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid monthly period. The agency retains access until that date and no further base renewal is charged.

Successfully marked overage in the period remains payable and may be invoiced after cancellation. Unused included usage has no cash value and does not roll over.

2. Initial-payment guarantee

• The claim must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the initial payment. The refund equals the initial monthly amount charged in the subscription currency: A$150 or US$100.
• The guarantee is available once per legal agency. Eligibility is tied to durable legal identity and billing history, not only an email address.
• The refund covers the initial regional-plan payment only. Written-mark overage remains payable in the agency's billing currency and is non-refundable.
• Axtant may reject duplicate, abusive, fraudulent, late, or identity-mismatched claims. This does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. What an approved claim changes

Approval cancels the active subscription and write access immediately. The workspace moves to read-only export for 14 days. Automated deletion of customer operational data begins when that export window closes. Encrypted backup copies age out within a further 35 days.

The owner sees the consequences and estimated outstanding overage before confirming a claim. Stripe finalises any overage when the subscription ends. A successful Stripe refund and cancellation are idempotent, so a repeated request does not create a second refund.

4. Other refunds

Outside the guarantee, Axtant does not provide change-of-mind refunds for a started billing period or valid usage. Billing errors should be reported promptly to billing@axtant.com. Axtant will correct verified duplicate or incorrect charges.
